The reclusive miracle worker Olli Hermes (Daniel Zillmann) lives isolated from the world. On the day of the finale of his favourite series ‘Dr. Burg - the heart surgeon’, reality and fiction become blurred. His escape from reality threatens to shatter when anaesthetist Dr Heidi Gottschling (Annika Meier) asks him to use his celestial powers for a special patient.
